Another great resource is the Tax Tips website (taxtips.ca). It contains a wealth of quality information on a variety of financial topics. If you want to estimate your tax liability for a given year, there are detailed calculators which cover just about anyone’s particular situation, regardless of which province or territory you call home, no matter what sources of income or deductions you have, even covering off Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT).

You can get the basics on sales tax (federal or provincial), RRSPs, TFSAs, tax deductions and credits for Canadians with disabilities and retirement.

I highly recommend it.
